Blog Entry: In South Korea, a man, with a long record of drunk driving, allegedly shot a 10-year-old boy after hitting him with his car, apparently to hide the fact that he was driving drunk.
The man took the boy to a hospital, but the hospital directed him to take the boy to a larger facility, instead the man drove the boy to a reservoir and allegedlly shot him. The man told police he killed the boy out of fear of getting cought for causing an accident while driving under the influence.
